The Art of Worship
Music that stirs.
Words that encourage.
Being drawn close to God.
Warm and friendly people.
Words that encourage.
Based on our belief that Scripture is perfect, is living and active and sharper than a two-edged sword, words from the pulpit are meant to challenge you regardless if you are just exploring the faith or you are hardened veteran of it.
We balance these challenges with warmth and encouragement, then apply Scripture to your life so that a piece of you may be transformed.
The Gospel is at the heart of this balance. Rather than seeing the Bible as just a moral code, we see it as a way to know, serve, and resemble our God which leads to a blessed life.
Music that stirs.
Being a senior-friendly church family, our music reflects the best of yesteryear with heartfelt music that is produced today.
Music is an important part of our service as it helps people draw closer to Him and worship Him.
Being drawn close to God.
When spirit and truth collide, you are drawn close to God. This is the aim of our service. Many come to our service empty inside, yet when they leave they are filled. (Some more than others.)
This occurs because our music draws you into the presence of God and our words renew your mind, transfom your hearts, and inspire you.
You walk away feeling like you have just been lifted up and you know that you just experienced God. Suddenly, those circumstances that have been weighing you down are not so heavy.
